Yes. We offer payment in 3 installments or 30 days after the order. To do this, you must select the KLARNA payment method at checkout. This payment method is free and is available exclusively to customers residing in Italy with an Italian bank account.
Yes, you can pay with Apple Pay or Shop Pay.
Once the order is placed, the amount is charged at the time of purchase, usually within 24–48 hours after the order.
No, we do not currently offer the purchase of gift cards.
Order Shipping
If the product is in stock: On weekdays: 24–48 hours. During the weekend: the following Monday.
If the product is not immediately available: It will be shipped within forty days from the order date, and you will be notified.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an online tracking number. You can track your package on the courier’s website.
We use an express courier such as GLS, DHL, UPS, or BRT.
Shipping and Returns
Yes, delivery is always free if the order value exceeds €99. Otherwise, a €15 shipping fee applies.
Delivery times are displayed on the product page before purchase (below the “Add to Cart” button) and in the order summary email.
- All orders placed before 11:30 AM are shipped the same day.
- Orders placed after that time will be shipped the next business day.
Example: If you order a product on Tuesday at 4:00 PM, it will be shipped on Wednesday.
No, it is not possible to receive the delivery at a pickup point.
Yes, returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the date of product receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To make a return, send an email to altesia.bags@gmail.com including your order number. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the protective bag and all tags/barcodes. They must not be worn, washed, or damaged. Make sure to remove any shoulder straps or handles and place them inside the bag before shipping.
Book a courier to collect the item and deliver it to the address provided in the return confirmation email.

All our products (bags, wallets, and shoes) are made in Italy. We collaborate with workshops specialized in luxury leather goods with over 40 years of experience.
All Altesia products come with a one-year warranty, during which we cover repairs related to manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, nor wear and tear or the natural aging of materials (leather, brass, cotton, etc.).
After the first year, a contribution between €20 and €80 will be required for repairs. Repairs that need to be sent back to the workshop in Italy typically take 6–8 weeks.
Send an email to altesia.bags@gmail.com, specifying the type of repair needed and, if possible, attaching photos of the product. We will confirm whether the repair is feasible and at what cost.
We use various types of leather (smooth, hammered, caviar, suede, etc.). Our leathers come from Italian tanneries and are treated with mineral or vegetable tanning methods to ensure environmental responsibility and optimal quality. No, we do not offer product customization.

No, it is not mandatory. However, it is highly recommended. Creating an account will allow you to: quickly view your order history, update your addresses, and track your package online.
Additionally, you will receive early notifications about new products and exclusive events.
